Our Shared Services and Outsourcing (SSO) business unit has developed a competitive business model to provide Contact Centre and CRM solutions as well as Data Centre services for the region. We have invested in building a state-of-the-art Contact and Data Centre; and today provide our services to many Multi National Companies (MNCs) from various industries including those from the shipping, logistics, network broadcasting, financial services and banking industries. We provide solutions and services encompassing a broad range of activities that include full outsourcing of all customer contact - ensuring the best results and utilisation of optimal technology.

Our E-Government Services business unit focuses on building solutions for governments to provide efficient ‘citizen-centric services’ with the use of ICT. We integrate solutions to assist governments in achieving their strategic vision to improve public service delivery by providing adequate, accurate, relevant and timely data for policy makers as well as allowing for wider participation by the public. In short, we build solutions to assist governments to drive modernization, boost administrative efficiencies and improve public service delivery.
