| This Business Unit is involved in providing maritime monitoring
solutions for the shipping industry, as well as container monitoring
and collection of detention/demurrage charges for shipping lines.
In addition, we carry out research and development in the field of
maritime and logistics software solutions, and provide ICT Disaster
Recovery Services for the maritime and logistics industry. |
| We developed innovative, flexible and user friendly
solutions to a wide spectrum of maritime and logistics industry participants.
Our proprietary Container Monitoring Solution or CMS was developed
to assist shipping lines in monitoring the movement of containers
as well as collection of detention and demurrage charges from consignees
and shippers. It was enhanced over the years and has become a key
technology in the monitoring of containers on behalf of the shipping
lines. |
| The CMS has a web-enabled module to track the container movements on behalf of shipping lines and provide alerts, reports and computation of related charges once the equipment is in the custody of the consignee. The CMS is also configured to monitor container demurrage charges as well as trailers detention charges. |
